Introduction:

The Mediumship Mentor Program with Medium Michele Fletcher was an intense course of study. It challenged me at many levels and required my absolute commitment and focus. I’m happy to say that it has changed my life, and there is no going back now.

Weeks 1 and 2:

The first two weeks came with incredible excitement and emotion regarding the journey I was embarking on in the Mentor Program with Michele. I knew I was on a path in which there would be no going back and I was eager about what was to come.

I recall being so excited with the outcome of my first few photo readings. In particular, the second one, in which the passed over spirit said, “"I was to be married. Tell John, There is plenty of time. It keeps going." John, who is still living, found this part of the photo reading incredibly moving. It was at this point that I knew I would be a medium the rest of my days on this earth. I thought that if I could be the conduit for spirit to communicate messages of this magnitude to loved ones, then I could nothing more profound and meaningful.

In these first few weeks, I found it very helpful to begin learning a process of shaping the format and structure of medium readings. I learned how I would begin a session, explain the process the reading itself would take to the readee, and how to bring a natural closure to the reading. For example, in the beginning of a reading, I learned how important it would be as an evidential medium to advise the client to give absolutely no information and answer only “yes” or “no” to the information spirit was bringing forward. Also during this phase, I found the development of my beginning prayer especially valuable. With Medium Michele’s guidance and support, I developed a deeply meaningful prayer which I state at the beginning of each reading or meditation. For me, this prayer has become a powerful connection to All That Is, bringing love and light, guidance and protection. It is a necessity before every reading. Finally, I learned the importance for the readee to maintain an open mind during a medium reading. With Medium Michele’s help, I developed a process for clients to learn how to prepare for a medium reading which would also assist them in maintaining an open mind. This process is in place on my website and clients can easily go to the site and learn about this essential preparation before a reading. 

Weeks 3 through 5:

Michele was so in tune to my personal level and desire, that we started telephone readings the third week of the program. I found myself excited but equally intimated. Michele guided and made suggestions throughout this first reading to the extent that I felt this was not my first medium reading at all. I recall during the first reading that she gently reminded me to be aware of my left brain as in crept in a time or two. It was uncanny how she identified left brain reading at the moment I began doing it.  I was exhilarated when the first reading was done. I felt accomplished and was pleasantly surprised to learn how effortless and evidential the reading had been!

In one of our most notable discussions, Michele helped me realize my personal fears. I realized I had a fear of success, and being a great medium. Michele asked me to consider what was behind this “self sabotage” and she said, “It’s okay to be spot on!” So, I worked on releasing these fears over the days to come with wonderful success. This interpersonal growth was quite an awakening.

I opened my clairsentient abilities in these weeks - along with all the other clairs. I was most excited about opening the clairsentient abilities however. With Michele’s support, I created a system of codes in my body to learn how a spirit had passed. I was stunned to learn how true, real and accurate this clairsentience ability it is, and even more, that I had the ability at all. The excitement about now being able to receive information from spirit through feeling in my body propelled me to a new level of commitment and desire about being a medium.

Through coursework, meditations and readings in these weeks, I began to get a true grasp of the reality that we don’t die. We live eternally, and only transition when it is time to do so. This is a deeper piece of learning I gained while in the Mediumship Mentor Program and one that I will remember for my lifetime.

Weeks 6 through 8:

By this point in the program and after being challenged by numerous telephone, chat, email and photo readings, I began to feel confident in my ability to conduct a medium reading on my own. As I reflected back on where I was when I started the program, and where I had come to, I simply marveled. I wouldn’t have expected what was unfolding, and so naturally. I was so content with my decision to work with Medium Michele, and was even more excited about what was to come.

Weeks 9 through 11:

In these final weeks, I continued to hone in on the specifics of a successful medium reading and through all my clairs, began connecting even deeper with spirit. Michele encouraged me to see spirit and actually have a discussion with them. This opened up a whole level of understanding and communication. Michele challenged me to consider group readings, meet ups and even consider traveling to expos and fairs. 

Conclusion:

Throughout the three-month Mediumship Mentor Program with Medium Michele, I have come to realize my dominant gifts of clairvoyance and clairsentience. While it seems so natural to now communicate with spirit, I’m still so pleasantly surprised by the accuracies of names, dates and other evidential information that spirit brings forward. It is truly quite amazing, each and every time. I feel so blessed to be on this journey assisting others in their spiritual growth, particularly those who are grieving the loss of loved one.

I found that my biggest obstacle throughout the program was myself. While I fully believe in mediumship and communication with spirit, there were times that I became skeptic. I wondered if I made all of these things up with the use of a colorful imagination. I now know that it was not remotely possible I could have known some of the information that came through. Michele was always supportive during these times of uncertainty and doubt. She said it was natural, that all mediums went through it. I found this, as well as her support at other times, comforting and reassuring. She seemed to understand ever so clearly the challenges I faced in terms of uncertainty in my ability.

I was continually challenged in the program - to the extent that it seemed I was pursuing another master’s degree at times! The program has been well worth the time, effort, heart and soul. It did indeed require each of these things, and more.

One comment Michele said has stayed with me. She said after a reading, “You will be the great medium you always wanted to be.” I reflect back to that moment often and find empowerment in the words. I would recommend this program to anyone with a deep desire to unravel their spiritual journey, who wishes to uncover their mediumistic abilities and who has a desire to be the great medium they always wanted to be.

I start my reading by going into meditation/prayer and a clearing process  before the session in order to receive information about the client. This process most often takes me from thirty minutes to an hour before the clients call.  I take notes on all the impressions I  receive and generally end up with pages of material to discuss with the client. Part of the reading process is for me to do  an Angel Reading and then  go into  the Mediumship reading. I end my sessions by thanking the client and cutting all cords of attachments that I may have with any spirits or energies.  When I come across difficult   clients  I tell them to have no expectations, to keep an open mind and I also tell them that loved ones come thru for different reasons: 1. To let client know that they are alive and well 2.  To heal conflict

3. assist in their life issues or just 4.  Want to say hello.  To the non-believers I tell them  that their loved ones want to connect and that they will validate information for them.  The person that passed on will

Give them a personal message about clients life.  Again they need to have an  open mind, relax listen to the information that is coming thru because their loved ones one the best for them.  If I feel a session is not going well I will stop the session and will let the client know that we can do another reading at another time due to information not coming thru. 

The most rewarding part of my time with Michele was the support and the wealth of information that

Michele provided me.  The most challenging  part was  overcoming my religious belief and FEAR of theUnknown.  I was so afraid of spirit and connecting to the other side.  When I look back at when I started this journey and where I am now I am amazed at how much confidence and how much love I feel from my heavenly crew.  So loving, caring and always watching over me . Making sure that I am guided and protected every single step of my journey. 

What I will take away from this mentoring experience is how I am to have the opportunity to work with a mentor like Michele.  I could not have done it without Michele.   To know that you have someone their helping you all the way and encouraging you to expand your mind and your consciousness has been an amazing experience for me. I would definitely recommend a mentoring program for anyone who is seriously wanting to pursue a career in Mediumship and who is not wanting to go it alone.  

The curriculum that Michele provided was easy to follow and very self explanatory.  The great part about Michele was that  she went at your own pace and did not push you to the next level if you were not ready.  

In conclusion, I want to say  that my experience with Michele’s mentoring program was one of positive and constructive in nature. In the last 6 months I have grown in confidence and trust.  Because of my mentoring program  I feel confident in conducting my own session without the need of a mentor.  I am so happy I sought a mentor because of the invaluable help I received thru her mentoring program.   I also feel that my mentor will be there for me after the conclusion of my mentoring program. 

I learned so much about all my clairs.  I learned what each clair is responsible for and what meditations will work for each clair.  My dominant gift is Claircognizant and automatic writing along with Clairsentience. Michele was their for me thru  my ups and down. I definitely feel that Michele was the right teacher for me. Michele and I clicked from the beginning and I know that God put us together for this wonderful mentoring journey.  I feel blessed and excited about my future. Thank you Michele.
